🌎 Worldwide Shipping

We primarily ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.
If you are located in another country, please contact our customer service team first to confirm whether we can deliver to your region.

All shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over £60.
For orders below £60, a £2 flat-rate shipping fee will apply.
Please note that we do not offer separate Standard or Express shipping services at this time.

Every ClouDIY Nails set is made to order. This personalised approach ensures high-quality craftsmanship while supporting sustainability by reducing waste.
Please allow 2–5 business days for our nail artists to create your customised set before dispatch.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

Your order will be dispatched as soon as your set is fully handcrafted.
We operate on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Most parcels arrive within 5 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed—please allow a little extra time. If your tracking has not updated for over a week, feel free to contact our customer service team and we will investigate the matter with the courier.

📦 Lost or Stolen Parcels

We understand how frustrating it can be when a long-awaited package goes missing. While such situations are beyond our direct control, our dedicated customer service team will work closely with you and the carrier to address and resolve the issue.
